3. Examination Responsibility

The Education Developer (ED) assigned to each student is responsible for issuing the Admit Card, ID Card, Examination Schedule, and related communication. Students are advised to remain in contact with their assigned ED for all exam-related updates and support.

4. Payment and Fees

All payments made toward BSDSE registration are non-refundable and non-transferable. BSDSE uses secure and verified payment gateways for all online transactions. BSDSE does not store your full payment credentials. Refunds, if applicable, will only be considered when BSDSE fails to conduct the examination due to internal or unavoidable reasons.

5. Cancellation and Refund

No cancellation of registration is permitted once payment is made. No refund will be issued under any condition except when BSDSE cancels the examination for operational reasons. In such cases, refund decisions will be made solely by BSDSE management.

6. Conduct and Misuse

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activities. Any such actions may result in termination of access, cancellation of registration, and legal action.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

BSDSE values user privacy. All collected information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information shared during registration may be accessed by Education Developers (EDs) for legitimate educational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

BSDSE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website usage, data errors, or technical issues beyond our control. BSDSE ensures best efforts to maintain a smooth user experience but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Policy Updates

BSDSE reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page, and continued usage signifies agreement to the revised terms.
